Well things are coming along, I have the Maps all made, routes planned. We are really excited about the large number of people who have responded...........You know we will hold all of you to your kind offers.....................smiling. We will be visiting more Lighthouses then the 43 mentioned, as there are inner & outer lights......or Ranges. It will be so much fun. Guess I best stop playing with this and get doing something around here or she who most be obey will fire me. Thanks Again Folks

ReplyDeleteThis is such a fun plan. The lighthouses of Lake Ontario site is great. We would love to do any of those lighthouses on the south shore...from rochester, to sodus, to Selkirk to Henderson Harbor - any of them would be great.
The Charlotte-Genesee one might be really fun because we could paddle down the Genesee and onto the Erie Canal if we wanted to. That's where Molly has had lots of regatta's and where I raced last year. It's nice quiet water, and never far from shore so Mollie might like it....plus it's a paddle through a city which is kinda cool. And it's a better bet than the shore off of Sodus which is often really rough...but that's fun too!
So, count us in. Let us know about dates...we're a little limited with running around for kid activities in May and June. Then Tim is teaching a course from June til mid July. but we can talk when you have some idea when you're looking at.
